Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (SILVER LINING) that his mount jumped out awkwardly on to MY GRANDEUR (B. Nikhil) resulting in latter stumbling inspite of his best efforts. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (ELLA ELDINGAR) that his instructions were to sit 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, Trainer S. Sreekant while confirming the above added that his charge ran to her potential and further added that he had not fancied his charge and was surprised to see his charge running has a favourite in this race was noted for future reference.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SILK ROUTE) and Afroz Khan (RED RIVER) were fined Rs. 2000/- each for taking long lead in the initial stages of the race, resulting in their mounts getting tired in the straight and dropping back.

SWEET WHISPER (App. R S Jodha) winner of the race is sampled.
