HARD TO TOSS (App. Santosh Raj N R) was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to foot infection, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

COSTELLO (Vivek G) was observed to be suffering from colic, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

EXOTIC DANCER (A A Vikrant) dropped back from about the 300 mtrs whilst travelling with front runners and finished the course at the rear end of the field.

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (DYANOOSH) that his mount was trying to run out for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M A Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Trainer L D' Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge AYR (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in the previous race was in front up to entering the straight and thereafter did not show any turn of foot and dropped back in the final 200 mtrs, as such he had given a long gap of about 2 months and running in this race. The Trainer further added that in this race, Jockey was able to hit the front and set his own pace, the 200 mtrs less to travel and better Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race and he had not fancied his charge, however, given him a chance was noted. The Trainer was advised to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
