Consequent to Jockey B R Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey B Nikhil to be substituted on WOT'S UP JAY.
 
Explanation of App. Sonu Kumar (AIZA) that he lost his left stirrup iron soon after the start which he could not regain, as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. However, the App. was cautioned to be more careful in future.
 
Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (RED RIVER) that his instructions were to go to front, but as his mount was keen in the initial stages of the race and could not hold, and took long lead in the initial stages of the race resulting in his mount tiring and dropped back in the final 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted. However, the App. was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future. 
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (LADY DANGER) that his instructions were to position his mount 4th/ 5th until entering into straight and thereafter to do his best, but as his mount did not held the bit soon after the jump out and also due to fast initial speed he was unable to position his mount as instructed in the initial stages of the race and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount was hesitating to pass the runners inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
