Racing Incidents

Jockeys Md. Ismail (FLY ME) and Mohit Singh (FARA) were severely cautioned for failing to ride out their mounts vigorously to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (REIGNING BEAUTY) that due to fast initial pace, he was forced to use his mount in the initial stages of the race to follow the given instructions to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race as compared to the previous race resulting in the filly did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs.3,000/- in the presence of Trainer L D Silva for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race.
