Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (RHYTHM SELECTION) that the brow band of his mount slipped over the left ear soon after the start as such he was unable to give any assistance to his mount throughout the race. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan while confirming the above stated that he too was baffled the way the brow band slipped over the ears of his charge and after the race the equipment was examined and was found to be in serviceable condition, the Trainer was however, fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge whose brow band slipped during running of the race.
 
Explanation of App. Kuldeep S (THANKS) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight in the process shifted in, in the final stages of the race causing inconvenience to WIND SPRITE (App,. Afroz Khan) inspite of his best efforts, noted.   Trainer LVR Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (STRAUSS) that his mount jumped out slowly in the process lost considerable ground and thereafter was hesitating to race from inside the runners as such he was forced to shift out to make his move from about the 400 mtrs was noted for future reference.
