Explanation of Trainer D. Netto with regard to the improved performance of his charge SPECTACULAR CRUISE (G. Naresh) winner of the race as compared to the previous run that his charge in the previous run, was with the field till about the 400 mtrs and then dropped back and this race being a 7 furlong, the 200 mtrs less to travel was to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/- for inconsistent running of his charge.
