Explanation of Jockey A M Tograllu (ICICLE) that his instructions were to sit well up with the field which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her stride and dropped back from about the 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded in the presence of Trainer B. Mukesh Kumar for tender handling of his mount in the final stages of the race.
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (N R I SPORT) was cautioned for dropping his hands much before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
 
Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge TEAM PLAYER (App. Md. Ekram Alam) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous run that his charge in the 1st run, ran with a younger lot i.e. 4 year old and upward, where his charge was in front till final 200 mtrs and thereafter dropped back in the final stages of the race as compared to the present race which being for 5 year old and upward his charge could easily go to front and 5 kgs allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle, 200 mtrs less to travel has been to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race was noted.  The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

ANGEL TESORO ( Kiran Naidu) sustained bleeding cut injuries over both hinds. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.
 
DESPANG (Surya Prakash) became hypoxic after the race and the mare was treated for the same.
 
TEAM PLAYER (App. Md. Ekram Alam) winner of the race is sampled.
