An objection lodged by Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (GREAT GIVER) placed 3rd by the Judge against Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ASSURED SUCCESS) placed 2nd by the judge that " he drifted out at about the 450 mtrs under the use of whip and he forced me out when my horse was full of running, thereby I have to check my mount and came with re-run that cost me a certain race” was upheld by the Stewards and ordered the revised placing as under:

H. No. 8- GRETSY - Winner

H. No. 3- GREAT GIVER - 2nd

H. No. 1- ASSURED SUCCESS - 3rd

H. No. 2 – ENCORE -4th
 
Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ASSURED SUCCESS) was further fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for shifting out in the straight under the use of the whip in the process causing inconvenience to ENCORE ( R S Jodha) and GREAT GIVER (P. Ajeeth Kumar).

Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (SUBHA) that as his mount was keen and to avoid clipping the front horse, he shifted out and forced out ENCORE (R S Jodha) at about the 1000 mtrs was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.

ARNAZ (Dhanu S Deora) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised for a better performance in future.
