Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey A Imran Khan to be substituted on MISS MARVELLOUS.

FLY TO THE STARS (Afroz Khan) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.   Trainer S A Raza Shehzad  was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey A Imran Khan (MISS MARVELLOUS) that due to fast initial pace, he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he was denied a clear run, as such he was forced to shift out at about the 300 mtrs in the process forced out FLY TO THE STARS (Afroz Khan).

Jockey B Nikhil (LADY DANGER) was cautioned for shifting out in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Trainer M F Ali Khan with regard to the improved performance of his charge ANGELITA (App. Ajay Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous run that his charge in the previous runs ran in open class race as compared to the present race which being for the age group race i.e. for horses 5 year old and upward.  The weaker set and 5 kgs allowance Apprentice Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

ANGELITA (App. Ajay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
