Racing Incidents

SOORYA was observed to have left eye coreneal opacity with watery discharge, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
WINDSOR (App. Md. Ekram Alam) reared up as the start was affected in the process losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
DECCAN DAISY (Santosh Raj N R) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Jockey P. Trevor (TRISHUL) was fined Rs.10,000/- for excessive and improper use of whip (2nd Offence).
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (QUEEN EMPRESS) was fined Rs. 5000/- for excessive and improper use of whip (1st offence).  
 
Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (NO RULE) that he felt something fault with his mount, as such he pulled up his mount at about the 200 mtrs and dismounted Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fracture of proximal seasamoid bones.
 
Explanation of Jockey Vivek G (N R I FAIRY) that his mount dropped back whilst travelling with front runners from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting lame on right fore due to tendon strain.
