Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (BELDONA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Mukesh Kumar B was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Trainer L V R Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge DESPANG (Surya Prakash) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous run that his charge always goes to front, but in the previous run the filly was drawn badly (11) and also due to fast initial pace she could not go to front and in the straight when asked for an effort the filly shortened her strides and dropped back as compared to the present run, where his charge is running after a long gap of about 1 ½ month and also due to small field she could easily go to the front, set her own pace and went on to win the race. The Trainer added that the change of track has also been to her advantage for the improved performance. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge but given a chance was noted.

DESPANG (Surya Prakash) winner of the race is sampled.
