Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (RED SNAPER) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L D Silva was advised for a better performance in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined a sum of                   Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
 
Explanation App. Likith Appu K G (NIGHTMARE) that due to fast initial pace, he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and thereafter he did his best in the straight was noted for future reference.
 
App. Md. Ekram Alam (PLETHORA) was cautioned for travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey A Imran Khan (ANGELITA) was cautioned for dropping his hands in the final stages of the race though on a beaten horse.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) (PINATUBO) that his mount dropped back in the final 200 mtrs whilst travelling in front bunch inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S. Sreekanth was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Jockey Suraj Narredu (TRIPURARI) was fined Rs. 5000/- for excessive and improper use of whip.
