SILVER ACT was observed to be trotting lame on right fore probably due to foot infection, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
MIRACLE MARY (P. Sai Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. 
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (MIRACLE MARY) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners but his mount did not show initial speed as such he was unable to position well up with the field and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and had no plausible explanation to offer.  The Trainer further added that based on the performance of his charge in the Mock race, he had fancied his charge was noted for future reference.  Subsequent Veterinary examination of mouth of MIRACLE MARY revealed that though the filly was trotting sound after the race but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer R H Sequeira was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
QUEEN BLOSSOM (Md. Ismail) jumped out slowly and thereafter was slow into stride losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
