PRECIOUS GIFT (Santosh Raj N R) took a fly jump in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
D YES BOSS (P. Ajeeth Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer A. Vatsalya was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
 
Explanation of Trainer L D Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge SALISBURY (App. Md. Ekram Alam) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous runs that in the previous race his charge ran in 7 furlong race as compare to the present run which being 6 furlong, the 200 mtrs less to travel and allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle was to his charges advantage.  The Trainer added that the set being weaker and the horses which went to front got tired and dropped back in the final stages of the race as such the gelding could manage to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he did not fancied his charge but given a chance, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future, falling which action as deemed fit will be initiated. 
 
INDIAN KING (Md. Ismail) and CHAR EK CHAR (Surya Prakash) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Respective Trainers S.S.F. Hassan and M.F. Ali Khan were advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey Vivek G (COMING HOME) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter the mare dropped back in the final 150 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare was trotting lame on right fore due to knee joint sprain.
 
Jockey B R Kumar (ANGEL TESORO) reported loss of whip at about the 300 mtrs.
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (D YES BOSS) was cautioned for improper use of whip.
