Racing Incidents

App. Kuldeep Singh (EXETER) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process taking the ground of DALI'S DESTINY (App. Ajay Kumar).
 
Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (CHICA BONITA) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out the runners drawn on his outside.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (CHICA BONITA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above stated that in the previous two runs his charge had met a weaker set as compare to present race and the 200 mtrs less to travel had also been to her disadvantage and opined that  his charge requires more distance, noted for future reference.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the though the filly was trotting sound after the race but had sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer D. Netto was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
