Explanation App. Ajay Kumar (TRACK BLAZER) in the presence of Trainer G. Sandeep that as he was instructed to make his move from outside in the straight, he went wide while negotiating the final bend but at the same time SUNDANCE KID (Mukesh Kumar) also moved out because of which he was forced to travel further wide in the straight was not accepted and the Apprentice was fined a sum of Rs.3000/- making his move before entering into straight thereby going further wide while  negotiating the final bend at about the 600 mtrs for no apparent reason.
 
SOORYA VAHAN (Surya Prakash) was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the colt was trotting sound after the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SUNDANCE KID) in the presence of Trainer R H Seaqueira that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race in the process veered out while negotiating the final bend inpiste of his best efforts.  Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above, added that his charge has been running in similar fashion inspite of taking all measures was not accepted and the Trainer R H Sequeira was fined Rs.3000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in present of his charge in a race where the horse ran with sharp molars on both sides.
