OLIVER'S MOUNT (Mukesh Kumar) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.

Jockey G Vivek (ASHWA YASHVIR) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Satheesh that his instructions were to go to front and maintain 1 length lead but as his mount was keen soon after the start, he had difficulty in handling his mount and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/- for taking long lead in the initial stages of the race resulting in his mount got tired and dropped back in the straight.

Explanation of App. Shivansh (DESERT HERO) in the presence of Trainer B. Mukesh Kumar that his mount was trying to run out soon after the start in the process veered out in the straight on to outer track was not accepted and the App. Jockey was fined Rs. 3000/- for drifting out under the use of whip from about the 300 mtrs in the process finishing the course on the outer rails.

Jockey P. Trevor (DUKE OF TUSCANY) was cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.
