Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (ONLY MY WAY) that his mount lost hind action as the start was effected in the process jumped out slowly because of which he lost considerable ground, As this confirmed our observation and the incident being purely accidental no action beyond noting the explanation of Jockey was taken. Trainer L D Silva was however advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting his charge for a race where the gelding ran with sharp molars on both sides.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (STAR CRUISE) and App. Shivansh (SHADOW FAX) were cautioned for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start in the process bumping each other.
    
ONLY MY WAY missed her hind legs as the start was effected thereby losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer L D Silva was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.
