Racing Incidents

Jockey G Naresh (COUNTRY'S FIRE) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting short on both fore due to sore shins.
 
Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (GUN FOR GOLD) that due to fast initial pace, he was forced to use his mount in the initial stages of the race to follow the given instructions and in the straight his mount ran green and did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D Netto while confirming the above,  stated that he was surprised to see that his charge was favourite and he had not fancied his mount but given him a chance was noted for future reference.
 
RARE VUE (Md Ismail) and HIGH HEELS (Kiran Naidu) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of respective Jockeys efforts.
