Racing Incidents

Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (ADBHUT) that his mount ducked out at about the 400 mtrs catching him unaware was not accepted and the App. was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the straight.
 
Explanation of Trainer G. Shashikanth with regard to the improved performance of his charge COLT PISTOL (Hindu Singh) winner of the race, who finished 6th in the previous race that this race being for horses which have run and not won from 1st November 2023, a weaker set of horses and his charge is running after one month gap and also 200 mtrs less to travel has been to his charges advantage as compared to the previous races as such went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that as the set being weaker and gelding running at bottom weight, he had fancied was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey G Vivek (SILVER ACT) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he too was surprised with the way of running of his charge and opined that his charge is running in a higher class with tougher bunch and was gaining ground in the straight was noted for future reference.
 
Examination of ADBHUT (App. Md. Ekram Alam) revealed though the gelding was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
Examination of STAR RACER (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound after the race but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer S. Sreekanth was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
STOIC HERO (Deepak Singh) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.
 
SILK (App. Ajay Kumar) returned lame on left fore due to tendon strain.
 
COLT PISTOL (Hindu Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
