Racing Incidents
Trainer S.K. Sunderji lodged a verbal complaint against the riding of Apprentice D.K.Ashish astride OYSTER GEM since the Apprentice had not followed his instructions. The Apprentice was instructed to be in 3rd/4th position and to do his best in the straight. The Stewards interviewed Trainer S.K.Sunderji and App.D.K.Ashish and having heard the submissions made by them and viewing the video recording of the race, the Stewards were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by App.D.K.Ashish and held him guilty of injudicious riding on OYSTER GEM in the above race.
