At the start, LUCKY MISBA (Khalander) jumped out awkwardly. STAR MOUNTAIN (R.Shelar) shifted out and went on to STRINGSOFMYHEART (Y.S.Srinath). In the final stages of the race, LUCKY MISBA (Khalander) lugged in and went across STAR MOUNTAIN (R.Shelar) who was steadied.

RE : APPEAL FROM TRAINER ADIL DAJEE IN RESPECT OF SUSPENSION OF HIS TRAINER’S LICENSE FOR 23RD APRIL, 2011 – ENQUIRY INTO THE RUNNING AND RIDING OF “STAR MOUNTAIN” IN RACE NO.279 – THE COLOURS OF HOLI TROPHY (DIV.I) RUN ON 20TH MARCH, 2011 – TRAINER ADIL DAJEE WAS GRANTED A STAY ON THE ABOVE PUNISHMENT :

 

The Board of Appeal at its Meeting held on 10th July, 2011 considered all documents and papers that were submitted including the Grounds of Appeal and having heard the submissions made by Trainer Adil Dajee and having viewed the video recording of the race in question, deliberated on the matter at length and having applied their minds, decided to reject his Appeal and forfeit his deposit. Accordingly, the decision of the Stewards stands. It view of the stay granted to Trainer Adil Dajee on his punishment, his Trainer’s license stood suspended on 21st July, 2011.
