The Sr. V.O. reported that BEEJAY had been treated with shockwave therapy within the last 10 days, as such the gelding was not permitted to run.  Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been fined Rs.10,000/- for contravention of the Notice dated 15th November, 2005 regarding treatment of horses with Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy (or) Radial Pulse.
 
MARLBORO MAN was brought  into  the paddock without  a Cross Nose Band, a declared equipment on the colt. The same was applied before the colt left the paddock.  Trainer Subhag Singh has been fined Rs.1,000/- for his lapse.
 
SPANISH CITY (P. S. Chouhan) reared up in the stall and sat on its haunches. In view of the above, the gelding was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
 
FARAHNAAZ (J. Chinoy) jumped out slow losing considerable ground at the start. Trainer Asad Siddiqui has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
 
In the final stages of the race, MARVIN (A.Sandesh) leaned inwards and made contact with RAYS OF SUN (N.S.Parmar). Jockey A.Sandesh has been cautioned.
 
After the race, SMOKIN’ HOT was trotted and found to be sound.
