Racing Incidents

At the request of Trainer S.Waheed, FORTUNE COOKIE was examined at 1900 hours on 11/02/2021 and found to have developed tendinitis on the left fore leg, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the filly from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
 
At the start EXECUTIVE DECISION (C.S.Jodha dr.8) jumped inwards and made contact with SPINOZA (P.S.Chouhan dr.7) forcing it inwards on to SKY STORM (Dashrath Singh dr.6).
 
Approaching the 1000 Metres, SPINOZA (P.S.Chouhan) leaned outwards on to EXECUTIVE DECISION (C.S.Jodha) who had to be steadied.
 
Approaching the 800 metres, EXECUTIVE DECISION (C.S.Jodha) shifted in due to which SKY STORM (Dashrath Singh) who was racing on its haunches, had to be checked and change course. On being questioned after the race, Jockey C. S. Jodha stated that his mount was running green. The explanation was noted.
 
After the race, SPINOZA was observed to have lost its left fore shoe.
