Jockey Y. S. Srinath (FREEDOM) informed Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait in the paddock that the saddle on his mount was not the saddle which he weighed out. On investigating it was found that his saddle had got exchanged with the saddle of FANCY NANCY of race no.7, as such both the Jockeys were made to weigh out again. The Stipendiary Stewards will be looking into the same and a report will be submitted shortly.

SILVER STEPS (H. Zeeshan, dr.13) reared up as the start was effected thereby losing considerable ground at the start. Trainer Shazaan Shah has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at the morning starting trails, before next accepting to race.

At the start, BETWEEN FRIENDS (Amyn Merchant, dr.12) jumped out and thereafter did not raise an effective gallop. Trainer S. S. At the start, STUNNING VISUAL (K. Nazil, dr.14) jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths at the start.

App. A. S. Peter (SHADOWS) reported the loss of whip passing the 500 metres.  The Stipendiary Stewards will be looking into the same and a report will be submitted shortly.

After the race, Sr. V.O. reported that FASHION ICON was declared to run with all aluminum plates. However, on examination before the race the filly was found to have aluminum high heels on both fore. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been fined Rs.1,000/- for the lapse.

After the race, SHADOWS was trotted and found to be sound.
