Racing Incidents

At the request of Trainer S. K. Sunderji, endoscopy was performed on DREAM SELLER at the Equine Hospital and was diagnosed to have EIPH (Gr. III). As such, the gelding is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks and has to be passed fit by Club's V.O., before next accepting to race.
 
At the start, ESPERANZA (P. Vinod, dr.3) jumped outwards onto MAJESTIC WARRIOR (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.4) forcing it outwards onto LORD VADER (App. Haridas Gore, dr.5) causing both the horses to be steadied. Jockey P. Vinod has been cautioned.
 
Approaching the 300 metres, ESPERANZA (P. Vinod) shifted out under use of the whip and went across FIGHTON (N. S. Parmar) and DREAM SELLER (R. Ajinkya) thereby inconveniencing both  the horses who had to check and change course. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the same and a report will be submitted shortly.
 
After the race, FIGHTON was trotted and found to be sound.
