Racing Incidents
The bit used on ILLUSIVE GIRL broke before the start of the race. Hence it was replaced at the gates. On examination of the equipment after the race, it was observed to be otherwise not well maintained and as such Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.2,000/- for using an unserviceable equipment. Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of FREE GLIDER, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 900 Metres due to a tightly packed field.
