Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to withdraw SANGINI (Harish) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on right hind due to sprained stifle and sore back. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey K. Narasimha, the rider of SPIRITED COMMANDER, was severely reprimanded for travelling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason.
