Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Neeraj Rawal to ride ONE in place of the declared rider. Jockey M Narredu, the rider of SPARK OF GOLD, reported that he had to check from CONCEPTUAL (S John) near the 2250 metres. Compulsory Samples were taken for analysis from the following I, II and III placed horses viz: ch f CONCEPTUAL I ch g SPARK OF GOLD II ch f ICEBREAKER III Jockey S. John, the rider of CONCEPTUAL, was fined Rs.3,000/- for exulting before passing the Winning Post.
