Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of STRIVE ANDSERVE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to POLE POSITION (A.M. Tograllu) approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Valdir DeSousa, the rider of BIUTIFUL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course before passing the red marker post.

Jockey S. John, the rider of PONTE VERDI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for crowding the horses on his inside viz. MOUNTAIN VIEW (Imran Chisty), MAVERICAL (Md. Akbar) and SNOW PEAKS (Mohd. Ghouse) approaching the 900 Metres.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of WAY TO FANTASY, to the Stewards for dangerous riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that he shifted out under the use of the whip and caused very severe interference to MAVERICAL (Md. Akbar) which in turn passed it on to SNOW PEAKS (Mohd. Ghouse) which had to be severely checked by its rider to avoid striking the front runner MAVERICAL thereby unbalancing the rider and causing his mount to stumble and further it shifted out and caused very severe interference to POLE POSITION (A.M. Tograllu) on the far side passing the 150 Metres. The Stewards held an enquiry and examined the Jockeys concerned viz. A. Ashok Kumar, Md. Akbar, Mohd. Ghouse and A.M. Tograllu. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey's licence granted to Jockey A. Ashok Kumar from 22-6-2011 to 2-7-2011 (both days inclusive) for dangerous riding (Rule No.161(ii)) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount WAY TO FANTASY in the above race (permitted to ride work).
