Racing Incidents

 

Jockey T.Bernard, the rider of YOU'RE WONDERFUL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to REDSHIFT (B. Sreekanth) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of STAR PRESENCE, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing REDSHIFT (B. Sreekanth) on his outside approaching the 150 Metres.

Jockey T. Bernard, the rider of YOU'RE WONDERFUL, was questioned in the presence of trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah as to the handling of his mount. He was informed that in view of the fact that he had won the race, no further action was taken, but for which he would have been reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.
