Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey Mohammed Shoaib to ride SOUTHERN KING in place of Jockey S. Ramesh the declared rider.
 
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to substitute Jockey M. Suresh to ride WONDER LASH in place of Jockey Vivek the declared rider.
 
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of SAMOVAR, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing MI AMOR (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside passing the 1400 Metres.
 
Jockey B.Sreekanth, the rider of BROWNIE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course during the closing stages of the race.
 
Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of SAMOVAR, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer Mr. J. S. Dhariwal was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
 
SAMOVAR (R. Vaibhav) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c BROWNIE.
