Racing Incidents

 

Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge KILIMANJARO (S. Shiva Kumar). Subsequently "all black" emergency colours were permitted to be used.

MI AMOR (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced OWN ASSET (Liam P Jones) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

KILIMANJARO (S. Shiva Kumar) after jumping out swerved towards left and went towards the outer portion of the grass track thereby losing ground. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Fr' co F DaSilva, the rider of SAGANAKI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g OWN ASSET.
