Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao to withdraw DANCE WITH ME (M. Rajesh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have a bleeding cut injury on poll. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ROYAL ADMIRAL (P.A. Culhane) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to have sustained a bleeding cut injury on right mandible and incisor tooth. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's orders. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P. Mulrennan, the rider of ICE KINGDOM, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after the start and during early stages of the race and also passing the 300 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Nasir Imam, the rider of ENDURANCE, reported that the bit on the left side snapped thereby he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. On examination of the equipment after the race it was otherwise found to have been otherwise well maintained and as such no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Jockey Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of running of GO GREEN, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous runs during the Bangalore Winter Meeting 2012-13.
