Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to substitute Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran to ride AZTEC GOLD in place of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the declared rider.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SPARK OF BEAUTY, reported that he could not get a clear run passing 350 Metres due to a closely packed field.

Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of ASTOUNDING GALLOP, placed II by the Judge objected against Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of MATIAS, placed I for "in the straight the winner came inside and I had to stop riding in the last 100 Metres which cost me a certain race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to over rule the objection.

WILD NEXUS (P. Mulrennan) sustained cut injury on left hind cannon.
