ONE TO NOTE (D. Patel) was extremely fractious on the way to the starting gates, dislodged the rider and ran riderless.  Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders.

As Jockey B Harish, the rider of COOL SPRINGS had a fall in the 1^st race and was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao to withdraw MR CHARM from the above race.

Trainer Mr. Babu Rao was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted to run his charge ARTHUR in the above race when it was in BTF Ban. Hence it was withdrawn.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ANGELA was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to use the declared cap colour.

VEELENA (G. Sai Vamshi) was slowly away.

MOHER (R. Anand) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch c TANGANYIKA.
