Racing Incidents

As Jockey A. Sandesh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 5th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arvind G to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam to ride PRINCE ACADEMY in place of the declared rider.
 
GOOD FRUIT (V.R. Jagadeesh) took a fly jump.
 
Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of ZULFIQAR, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing FLAME’S FURY (R. Anand) on his inside before passing the red marker post.
 
 
Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SAGRADA, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. An enquiry is being held into the incident.
 
It was observed that WOODBERG (M. Noornabi) pulled up lame on left hind passing the 350 Metres and as such did not complete the course. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f VENCEDORA.
