Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. to withdraw ARABIAN PROMISE (R. Anand) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have fever. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

CALICO KING (V.R.Jagadeesh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dheeraj. V was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of CALL ME MAYBE was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to STARRY WIND (Y. S. Srinath) on his inside, as a result KRISTINE (Arshad Alam) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked by its rider and shift out passing the 900 Meters.

KRISTINE (Arshad Alam) sustained injury on right hind pastern.
