NATALIE (D. Patel) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.F. Sirajuddin was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Rajesh N, the rider of CROZIET reported that his mount stopped galloping in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Dheeraj.V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry was held on 11th August, 2018 by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race into the use of whip by Jockey K. Sai Kiran on his mount KINGS KID in that he continuously whipped his horse on the right allowing the horse to drift out and instead of correcting his mount, more so when he had a horse viz; ALEEF on his outside and challenging him in the final stretch of the race he still persisted the use of the whip on the right, further drifting out and inconveniencing the horse on his outside very badly and also putting his  horse at a great disadvantage in the race.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey K. Sai Kiran and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey K. Sai Kiran for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP’.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey K. Sai Kiran with effect from 2-11-2018 to 3-11-2018 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP’ on his mount KINGS KID (he is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal).
