Jockey Darshan R.N. was fined Rs.2000/- for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan to declare Jockey Harish B. to ride PERFECT PRINCE in place of the declared rider.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of NATALIE was fined Rs.10,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; KINGS KID (Suraj Narredu) and GOLDEN OPINION (Ashok Kumar A.) approaching 1400 Metres.

Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of EXTREMELYDANGEROUS reported that his mount was lugging out under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

Jockey Naveen M., the rider of SECURING SMILES was fined Rs.2,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the final 200 Metres.

It was reported after the race that ALL SAID AND DONE (Adarsh G.) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

Trainer Mr. Nityanand G. was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge DONTBREAKTHERULES (Arshad Alam). The trainer stated that:

(a)    he had instructed the rider to ride from 3rd – 4th position and do his best in the straight;

(b)    His charge had run a close 5th in Race No.2 in a higher class as such he choose to run it over a mile in a lower class i.e., 00 to 20.

(c)    The rider rode as per his instructions but it appeared to him as the horse was drifting out under pressure in the final 200 Metres.

(d)    The Jockey corroborated the statement of the trainer and added that his mount was inclined to run out from 1000 Metres.

Their explanations were noted for future reference.
