Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MASTER OF SUCCESS was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and taking out GOLDEN VISION (Arshad Alam), which in turn passed it onto PRAIA DO CASSINO (M. Mark) on his outside soon after the start.

It was observed that CANOTINA (S. John) was inclined to run out between the 700 Metres till about 500 Metres.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of JOKSHAN reported that his mount was lugging 'in' under pressure in the final 100 Metres of the race.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of WATCHMYSTARS reported that he could not ride from desired position due to the interference at the start.

WATCHMYSTARS (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

An enquiry was held on 13th December, 2020 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Indrajeet Singh, the rider of CARMINE in that he shifted ‘in’ and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; CANOTINA(S.John), WATCHMYSTARS(P. Trevor) and MARVELLOUS MAGGI (V.R.Jagadeesh) soon after the start.

Jockey Indrajeet Singh was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Indrajeet Singh and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Indrajeet Singh for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Indrajeet Singh with effect from 24th December, 2020 to 9th January, 2021 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount CARMINE (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
