Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was fined Rs.2,000/- for not obtaining prior permission for using Tongue Strap on his charge ANNE BOLEYN (D'nuSingh Deora). Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed before the horse left the paddock.

QUEEN OF SANDS (A.R.Pradeep) reared up and hit the withers on the rear gates and was stuck inside for a considerable period of time. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order.
