Racing Incidents

ULTIMATE GENERAL (Rayan Ahmed R.) walked out of the gates, did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that Jockey B. Harish, the rider of DEMETER had to steady his mount approaching 1200 Metres due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of ONLY YOU was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing TACTICAL COMMAND (Darshan R.N) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of TACTICAL COMMAND reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
However, the explanations tendered by the trainer and jockey was noted for future reference.
