The left hind limb of ONCE YOU GO BLACK (Suraj Narredu) was caught up on the platform of the starting gates for a significant period of time. On immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer it was found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr.James Mckeown was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PHILOSOPHY was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to MOJITO (N. S. Parmar) on his inside before passing the red marker post.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PHILOSOPHY was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SUPERNATURAL (P. Trevor)on his inside approaching 600 Metres.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of LEONARDO reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 300 Metres of the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

PHILOSOPHY (A. Sandesh) sustained multiple superficial injuries on left hock and over tendon.

SUCCESS (C. S. Jodha) sustained multiple superficial injury on left hind cannon.

Compulsory urine and blood samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:
