Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.S. Dominic to withdraw TOP NEWS on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BARONESS (Angad) was slowly away, lost many lengths and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres. Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of GOLDEN TIME reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 300 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.
