TOP DANCER (IndraJeet Singh) reared up, stumbled and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of ULTIMATE CHANCE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to SLING SHOT (S. Saqlain) on his outside approaching 1100 Metres.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of OZARK was fined Rs.2,000/- for dropping hands in the final 150 Metres of the race.

It was reported after the race that TOP DANCER (IndraJeet Singh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of TWILIGHT FAME, trained by Mr. Narayana Gowda V. and ridden by Jockey Rayan Ahmed R in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.109 i.e., The Kabini Plate - Div. III - (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 run on 10/2/2023 wherein it ran unplaced.

SLING SHOT (S. Saqlain) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g TWILIGHT FAME.
