As Jockey Vivek. G was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. to declare Jockey D'nuSingh Deora to ride MADAM RICH in place of the declared rider.

Jockey P. Mani, the rider of BLACKSTONE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing the horses on his outside viz; LEATHER BACK (A.Ashhad Asbar) and ART GALLERY (Y. S. Srinath) at the start.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of RICARDO reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of LEATHER BACK reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

An enquiry was held on 6/3/2023 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race with respect to the interference caused by Jockey P. Mani, the rider of BLACKSTONE in that “For not exercising sufficient control over his mount, thereby allowing it to shift out, alarmingly and causing severe interference to ART GALLERY (Y. S. Srinath) passing the 1000 Metres, whereby ART GALLERY (Y. S. Srinath) who almost had a fall”.

Jockey P. Mani was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey P. Mani and after viewing the CCTV reply of the race decided to charge Jockey P. Mani for Dangerous Riding.
 
The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to P. Mani with effect from 16-3-2023 to 24-3-2023 (Both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty for Dangerous Riding under Rule No.
161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount BLACKSTONE (he is permitted to ride work) and he was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry was held on 6/3/2023 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race with respect to the interference caused by Jockey Khurshad Alam, the rider of FIFTH ELEMENT in that “For allowing his mount to shift out very badly without any provocation, thereby causing inference to ART GALLERY (Y. S. Srinath) passing the 900 Metres”.

Jockey Khurshad Alam was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Khurshad Alam and after viewing the CCTV reply of the race decided to charge Jockey Khurshad Alam for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Khurshad Alam with effect from 16-3-2023 to 18-3-2023 (Both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty for Careless Riding under Rule No. 161
(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount FIFTH ELEMENT (he is permitted to ride work) and he was informed of his right to appeal.
