Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.10,000/- for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2022- 23 in accepting (ALTAIR) in the above race and also on 11/3/2023 in the (The Count Fleet Plate - Div. I)(About) 1400 Meters, Horses rated 00 to 25,
5 Years old and over. Subsequently (ALTAIR) was not declared to start in the above race.

MYSTICAL MERKABAH (Kiran Rai P) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of RECREATOR reported that he had to steady his mount due to the closely packed field approaching 900 Metres.

Jockey K.G. Likith Appu, the rider of DOMINA reported that his mount was inclined to run out from the 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
 
It was reported after the race that SUPER RUFFIAN (IndraJeet Singh) pulled up lame on left fore and sustained superficial injury on left fore medial bulb. Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

MYSTICAL MERKABAH (Kiran Rai P) sustained injury on left buccal commissure.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g TIGER RETURNS.
