Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was fined Rs. 10,000/- for having accepting his charge BELVEDERE (B. Nayak) to run in the above race when it was under treatment. Subsequently, permission was granted him to withdraw it from the above race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw OXYTOCIN on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injury on nasal bridge and left base of ear. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Kiran Naidu, the rider of APPSARA was fined Rs.2,000/- for not coming in proper attire to the weighing room to fulfill his riding engagement for day’s races.

ROYAL GRANT (Kiran Rai P) after jumping out swerved towards the right, dislodging its rider and did not take any practical part in the race. It was reported after the race that STARS ABOVE (S. John) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SOCIABLE (L. Alex Rozario) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
