Racing Incidents

Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of THUNDERSTRUCK was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to SACRED CREATOR (Kiran Rai P), whereby AKASI (Vivek) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked by its rider and shift out, thereby taking out AIR BLAST (Arvind Kumar. N) approaching 900 Metres.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of SEKHMET reported that his mount was not galloping fluently from its hind from 1000 Metres as such he pulled up his mount approaching 800 Metres and dismounted without completing the course. On examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer at 5:10 P.M. it was found to be trotting sound. An enquiry is being held into the incident.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g THUNDERSTRUCK.
